10+2 (Higher Secondary) from any stream OR ITI Pass Certificate in any technical trade.

Syllabus / Modules

• Module 1: Foundations of Industrial Safety, accident causes, and unsafe act/condition identification.
• Module 2: Safe work-at-heights procedures, ladder safety basics, and falling object protection.
• Module 3: Hand/power tool safety, electrical hazards, and basic cord/grounding inspections.
• Module 4: Introduction to Tool Box Talks (TBT) delivery and basic site incident reporting formats.

• Module 2: Practical Firefighting Hydrant Systems & portable fire extinguisher operations.

• Module 4: Basic Casualty Care (First Aid, CPR certification training, emergency evacuation drills).

Eligibility

3-Year Technical Diploma (Polytechnic) in any engineering branch OR Graduate degree in Science, Arts, or Commerce.

Syllabus / Modules

• Module 1: Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (Noise, toxic dust, Gulf-specific heat stress mitigation).
• Module 2: Construction Site Safety (Scaffolding erection/tagging, excavation shoring, heavy lifting plans).
• Module 3: Incident Investigation & Reporting (Root cause analysis, near-miss tracking, statutory documentation).
• Module 4: Work Permit Systems (PTW) (Cold work, hot work, LOTO, confined space entry).

Eligibility

B.E. / B.Tech (Any Branch) OR B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) OR Any Graduate with 2+ years industrial experience.

Syllabus / Modules

• Module 1: Advanced Occupational Safety Management, Plant Safety Engineering, asset integrity frameworks.
• Module 2: Environmental Management Systems (EMS), industrial waste treatment, and compliance.
• Module 3: Process Safety Management (PSM), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), and HAZOP studies.
• Module 4: Industrial Hygiene management, toxicology parameters, and corporate workplace ergonomics.

Eligibility

10th Pass / 12th Pass OR ITI Certificate in RAC, Electrical, or Fitter trade.

Syllabus / Modules

• Module 1: Hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and wiring of split, cassette, package, and ducted units.
• Module 2: Preventative maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs) - filter cleaning, belt replacements, alignments.
• Module 3: Refrigerant charging protocols (R22, R410a, R32, R134a) via pressure gauges and weight scales.
• Module 4: Copper piping tasks (Flaring, swaging, nitrogen pressure purging, and oxy-acetylene brazing).

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

• Module 1: Advanced Vapour Compression & Absorption cycles, Refrigerant selections and environmental impacts.
• Module 2: Heat Load Calculations (Manual methods and HAP - Hourly Analysis Program software execution).
• Module 3: Air Distribution & Piping Design (Duct layout, Equal Friction velocity sizing, static pressure).
• Module 4: Computer-aided software design covering 2D AutoCAD detailing and Revit MEP BIM modeling basics.
